International Collaboration Due Diligence for MMU
The management of Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom required a due diligence assessment relating to an international collaboration in Africa for informed decision making.
The audit was designed to identify the legal entity Legal entity verification, risk assessment and required government registrations for business engagement. The study considered the licence/accreditation required to deliver this type of collaboration. Risk analysis to identify red flags with the international collaboration in Africa. The work activities undertaken included due diligence check/official report of findings for the statutory company registration body and universities commission in the Country.
The audit included a summary of report and guidance on findings which satisfied the conditions and deliverables requested by the University.
