Orus Philip Robinson Ebiotubo is a lecture at the University of Kaduna, and an expert in African affairs. He is a Nigerian citizen by birth, and Born to the Orumieyafar Pudei family of Agoro town in Sagbama Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, and Karuna Mounkurai family of Ogobiri Town in Sagbama Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.
He lived his childhood life in Patani community in Delta State and Sagbama town in Bayelsa State under strict ethical values of respect and discipline as both parents were Jehovah Witnesses.
Orus gained his MSc in International Relations at Eastern Mediterranean University Cyprus, with his expertise in research and development as well as his astute skills in his public speaking prowess.
Orus was elected to Lecturer Assistant for Tutorial classes as an undergraduate student from 2009 even though the position of Lecturer Assistant was only reserved for minimum of first degree holders and above in TRNC universities. He is also an active member of the popular Ijaw Council.
